And how can you be the body? Every cell in your body is replaced numerous times over your lifetime, yet your consciousness stays the same.

And there are 380 trillion viruses in your body and 30 trillion bacteria, yet only about 40 trillion cells with your own DNA.

You have narrowed your conception of philosophy to just political philosophy. Please reassess your conception. Ask yourself "what is philosophy?"
