I think I've posted this on saidit before,
but its one of my favorites and I like to be mindful of it, thought I'd share it again

The body is just a vessel, we are little tadpoles.
Brains, that send out circuitry into our body vehicle, so we can get around.

It's so important to take care of the vessel we're in,
