I try to be a pretty well informed guy, but somehow this slipped by my radar. Has anyone ever had one? Can they maintain the same flavor profiles in a different shape? Just a bigger roll, scale it up and no sweat?

This seems weird to me. Tortillas are so much thicker and less salty than the typical seaweed. I guess it could be ok though?

Oh good call, the seaweed ratio is probably increased on these since the nori is around the outside. The good news is I have a life goal and I'll let you know how they are someday.
