Have you tried to contact Google Books directly? Yes they are evil, but maybe they may be useful in this matter.

Failing that, find someone who is already insane and does this kind of stuff.

I have my grandfather's little pocket Freemasons book. It makes no sense with all its codes. Maybe one day I'll scan it and share it. I suspect others may already be out there available. My grandfather was no one special and 70 years ago everyone was in some lodge or other.
