I've seen lots of pro-tiny house articles, interesting to see one on the other side of the fence. Personally I think a person needs at least 1000 sqft to feel comfortable (if you have hobbies and businesses and stuff). I think my ideal house size would be like 2000 sqft, have a music room, etc. A house that's like 6000+ sqft is a nightmare to maintain and heat and cool. So there is a healthy middle ground
