This is really worth the watch. What an amazing plea to sanity.

It really was. Stewart extremly eloquestnly expressed the need to help the first responders with great passion and sincerity. I no longer dislike the guy, for now.

He's a much better person than Colbert at least, imo. That has become extremely evident over the last 10 years.

I used to love the Colbert Report. Now he is such a garbage sellout.

Jon Stewart is an honorable person, I think. He retired from tv and now lives on a huge farm with lots of rescued animals. He basically does that and this 9/11 respondents stuff. Really hard to hate the guy.

Even when he did the daily show I felt like he was pretty even-handed, even if he leaned left a bit he would still usually dish it out to the Democrats when they deserved it. Even watching old episodes now, they hold up. Especially compared to most political comedy shows being produced today, which are so partisan they're simply unwatchable.
