No that is not yoga. Crowley is a creep, insane and mainly used his thinking to connect to dark entities. Because that is how it works. They connect via thoughts.
There are also intermediate spirits that help make connections, and they can be christian, jewish, witches, hinduism, atheist whatever.
A friend of mine usually picked up dark spirits via the bible due to the christian spirits connected to them.

Your friend has dark spirits? How do these dark spirits affect your friend?

I read God's word daily and connect to the Holy Spirit, Who is Light and Life. There is no darkness in Him. God is Spirit and is Love Itself. How could that be dark? Since you rely on your friend, who you say has dark spirits, to read the Bible for you and tell you about it, you obviously do not read it or understand it yourself.

One of my greatest regrets in life is letting other men tell me about the Bible, instead of reading it myself. I have since read it multiple times and see I was a fool for not reading it sooner.

Contrary to what most Christians think, the Bible teaches there is a spiritual world around our physical dimension that we normally cannot perceive. The beings that interact with us are mostly demons. This is why we should have nothing to do with spiritual practices. People who do are usually convinced that Satan and demons don’t exist.
