The thing is there are many subs, so many that it made me think, there are many synonymous subs, for example, funny and humor, why are there two different subs? They're basically the same thing, maybe merge them or something, that's what has been on my mind, there are many subs, just maybe merge them or something, make flairs for the subs to differentiate each post, like in the /s/funny you could have flairs for satire, normal humor, political humor, irony and so on, that's what I've thought on about for a small while so that there is less clutter with the diversity of subs basically being the same thing and new people are less confused + some subs are not subscribed to by default.

That's actually a really good idea. /s/funny needs more mods anyways. Would you like to be the flair master for /s/funny ?

The thought is intriguing but to take up such a mantle, I cannot say for sure I would be able to dedicate a a LOT of time but a certain time I could dedicate, exams are coming and so on, I could try for sure.

Exams and real life should always be the highest priority. If you have free time and want to try your idea then go for it. I invited you to mod /s/funny with full permissions. Tomorrow I'll work on copying over some CSS to make flairs compatible with night mode.

Yes. The chaotic lack of sub curation and management lies squarely on the shoulders of M7 D3, including the abundance of redundancy. I've tried to help. I've requested DB merging and tampering. I've requested metatags.

I'm never confused in /s/All. And I do like topically appropriate subs for folks to research in.
