See what happens when the cops pamper a suspect, cops need to use what ever they can to secure idiots.

It was very generous of the officers to not use greater force. That is one lucky idiot.

Title is wrong however, and I do not believe their are rules against changing it for the sake of accuracy.

"Non-Compliant Suspect Attacks Arresting Officers After High Speed Chase", Would make for a more accurate title of the events depicted.
