Do you think China and Russia are based? Brazil does not need an ad because recruitment is obligatory for everybody above 18.

I didn't realize Brazil had mandatory service, how long do you have to serve?

1 year. But Brazil never went to war since WWII, and the population is too big, so most of the people go to recruitment and are dispensed and don't need to serve.
