unlike reddit, youtube has much more data, which means it's very hard to archive and mirror. the only remotely possible way is to use the the bittorrent scheme to build a decentralized web of saves. but that would be hard as there's not enough incentive to save youtube videos in the world as compared to copyrighted movies and porn.
