Really cool, but the fact that he still has his thumb is a huge advantage over full amputees. I used to see a lot of prosthetic work on Reddit 10 years ago and it always seemed like they were on the verge of some big breakthroughs. Where is all that stuff? Pretty disappointing.

My conspiracy inclined half seriously suspects that all the most advanced technology has been bought up and suppressed because it was making the common man too powerful and dangerous. It may have been invented to help amputees but it could easily be appropriated to create remotely operated robots of all sorts. One guy operating 50 century guns and what not. Or literally small assassin robots that could be mailed to the target, get themselves out of the box before the target even gets home and set up an ambush from literally anywhere in the world.

This guy is brilliant. I've been watching and even posted a couple of these. It makes me wonder why there haven't been more ingenious prosthetic designs like his before, besides his rare limitations.
