Footage from 2017. The thief's name is Mohamed Ahmed Abu-Shlieba. He was caught and apprehended shortly afterwards. He pleaded guilty to evading arrest and was sentenced to 3 Years in Prison. As a side note, after his arrest, a cop, "Tu Tran" was filmed punching him in the throat and strangling him as he sat handcuffed in the cop car. He got a three-day unpaid suspension for that.
