    Yes, with unmitigated growth came excessive water usage. The water simply cannot be replenished quickly enough.

    This seems dishonest of you to muddy the waters with your theory. Perhaps in part in selected areas where applicable, but not as the main driving force behind the destruction of personal freedoms and national cohesion.
