Very cool video!

Interesting presentation, different than the typical workshop.

I've also been considering non-traditional "fans". I hadn't thought of bellows. I'm certainly going to mull it over in case I missed something but I think I've already got my design. In my Bittersweet Seeds story I have a Lagrange Point space station of many modules, etc etc etc. Spinning space craft are a bad idea that is perpetuated in Sci-Fi when it would all be vastly superior to spin internally for maintenance, containment, etc. For example you could have several rings within a large tube. If one goes down you still have others. The artificial gravity won't be a full-G but it will help, you can sleep, bathroom, and grow some foods under partial gravity. AND, even more critical than gravity is air flow in zero-G - so each of my "gravity rings" would have angular furniture, walls, and arrangements to help drive a perpetual air flow.
