Bodycam video shows Newburgh city councilman Shakur threaten officer. Shakur lost his son to a police-involved shooting in 2006...which his son initiated by shooting at the police first. The real crime here, the ignorance of voters in putting a hateful sack of shit like this in office.

Was there footage of the councilman's son actually shooting first, or was it officer testimony?
He was probably elected because Newburg police behave criminally.
