I'm very interested in internal combustion engines, as well as having a background in the electrical, and power generation sector; via being a licensed master electrician since my early 20's. Having that intro, to show faggy 'expertise', or at least better than a novice in this arena, I absolutely think the ability to have either a, extremely efficient prime movers that border on perpetual motion, or b, the possibility of actual perpetual is real.
What's absolutely undeniable is that there exists a global cabal that like clockwork, hides innovations, and advancements. I actually lean towards the notion that it's literally under our noses, and 'perpetually'(yes, pun) hidden by dumbing down, and distraction. They need us to believe energy is finite, and as we're seeing, our 'new tech' is a highly controlled thing out of the reach of most to master in any meaningful way; hence greater dependence on our masters to literally give, or take our lives.
