The IRS cannot, under any idea other than complete retardation, claim it has "authority" of any kind under the constitution. A mere quo warranto asking them where their authority is derived is answer enough... because when they DO answer...watch what they say... because they can't ever say in public it is VOLUNTARY CONTRACTING, even though by law, it MUST be voluntary, as there is no rebellion occurring, and they are not authorized by any stretch of the imagination to have authority even then... because Martial Law ONLY APPLIES TO MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY CORPORATIONS AND NOT NORMAL STRANGERS WHO ARE NON-MEMBERS.)

They can only claim they have "perceived authority" (aka- Color of Law, which is NOT ILLEGAL OR UNLAWFUL, it is just a random drunk hobo telling you he is the President's tax-man), and are allowed by law to OFFER CONTRACTS (which is both lawful and legal, and clearly covered in the Constitution and not only that, but the Law of Agency by Ernie Huffcut.

All that being said...I would rather have the IRS than a bunch of jerkoff moron politicians, bankers and lawyers running the tax-man scam. In this case...I would much rather the IRS be revamped, and go back to apportionment on states by feds...and apportionment taxation on feds by you and me. NOT "state legislatures"...not any of that. Then again, Ekon and I did some interesting work on county-based non-usury based banking, banning all but about 2 private banks per county (those would be for purely commercial purposes, and not for normal folk, to loan payola to the counties, but re-work their revenue generating scams to be much more common sense, and completely split the courts and the private agent bounty-hunting cops away, returning the Sheriff's back to NEVER RUNNING A JAIL ((keeping the jail system completely independent, with heavy monitoring)) but doing ONLY base services (so they won't get wrapped up in revenue generation), and making sure each town, no matter how small, has a common sense constable that... THE PEOPLE PAY. (the people being me and you, not a magic corporation nobody can seem to find)

This is the problem you are facing now...none of these cops, in any form...are INDEPENDENT thanks to the BAR Association scam-artists fucking up the court system for the banker butt-buddies. They have no oversight, whatsoever. The state corporations are bloated, slow, and way off-kilter from common-sense. I NEVER want a "legislator" ever touching my cops.

The Sheriff is mine...NOT the United States corporations', NOT the state corporations...NOT the county corporations. Magistrates, Juries (I am actually in favor of two kinds of juries, one for Star Chamber ((professional grand juries that sit 365 days a year for all problems, from the general population of "upstanding citizens")) should be independant like they used to be, and one jury for me and you, that no magistrate runs, or even is at, and lawyers are banned from (but have full cognizance of, with applicable law-giver status).

All of this was covered, and is actually still up, on how they pulled off this bullshit, even as late as the 1968 turnover in the "judicial code" that I put up here in the video. "Electing" a Sheriff TO A CORPORATION YOU DON'T OWN AND DO NOT WRITE THE LAWS OF, MUCH LESS VOTE ON is stupid as fuck, and I can't believe people still don't get that one.

The same is true for the Magistrates (completely locked down by the BAR corporations) and of course...of course...the counties. I also was clear to Runnymede Institute years ago that the reason people were failing on using the Church Courts...is because the churches are stupid, for one, for two, they can't even remember what their own laws are anymore, and for three... dumbasses keep bringing suits that are Church-based INTO a private corporations' STAR CHAMBER.

Dumb as shit. You go TO the church, tell the Bishop or whoever used to run it (maybe an arch-bishop, I don't know how they structure their Catholic stuff), and institute a suit THROUGH them. You never speak to a private corporation court. Ever. And in fact, before anyone bitches about that system, it would take the heat off private corporate courts, and give rise to the church police power that they got stupid, and forgot to know how to use. It is completely lawful in EVERY western civilization, for ANYONE that is a member of the Catholic church, and in fact, every stranger of, to approach the church and ask them to carry the procedure of the suit, even against the state corporation and their actors, that you can't get justice on because they keep hiding like chickenshits. Would I let a Baptist, or any Protestant do it? HELL NO, they do not even have archdioceses. But a Catholic diocese I would, BECAUSE of their history in these matters, even if one were to disagree with the doctrine of Roman Catholicism. [Which I do].

Now there might have to be a brief discussion of keeping the Freemasons and the Catholics from going after each other long enough to get a system hammered out that is legit, but it would work great. All your minor bitches and misdemeanors...go to the Church. All your major bitches get a split, your choice...Church or Corporation. I would NOT want to be the dude that catches a murder charge and decided the Church was the place to dodge the bullet at. No sir. Now you might laugh, at first...what possible good would that ever do the Church? Easy...if people chose to stop using the corporation courts... imagine the morality that then begins to filter back into the population via the Catholics. Don't you know...what I just told you up above, pissed off a bunch of Freemasons and Zionists. We must be very careful in that idea. You'll remove one of the ONLY blocks you have to the United Nations running each single state via global corporate NGO's... and you got a problem.

The "state" corporations already have all the power...they were devolving back from central to regional corporate government long before we were ever born. The United States corporation was planned to epically fail. Never forget that. Otherwise...it never would have.

I propose an alternative version:

• You infiltrate the United States corporation, take it over like the last 20 sets of private corporations did since inception, and run it normally.

• After you openly ban Debtors Prisons, Star Chamber, unlimited Corporations (back to 1 year charters that are voted on), Magistrates, Revenue Generation... and banking corporations.

• In the meantime, you teach people cool things like "Nil Indebitatus Assumpsit", and "Quo Warranto"...maybe "Nul Contractu".

• Then you get to say goodbye to many, many problematic individuals who seem to, at this point, like at all things, consider themselves God because they hide behind the unholy ghost of corporations.
