I've discovered the meaning of life.

But at 4m34s "there's nothing you can do about it but get angry" is some hippie turn off, tune out, and drop in shit. He should speak for his own amygdala's emotional outrage, which is how he finds negativity everywhere.

You do change people just by being there. You don't need to control them, nor should you want to. The two things aren't the same.
