Yeah, it's a loooong list apparently.

If everyone involved in crimes actually faces justice, I'll eat my hat. I hope it happens, but with this many people involved, it's just asking to be splintered for damage control. Some will be metaphorically thrown under the bus and made examples of, while the others will get off without any issues, I imagine.

I want to call bs on this document and here's why. Some of these flight logs are fixed wing and some are rotary wing. There are quite a few engine fires and emergencies with these aircraft which reads like some version of what a person "thinks" a flight log should look like. There are zero consistencies with pre and post flight checks, radio and tower transcripts are all over the place and inconsistent. Exactly what you wouldn't see on any commercial or professional log. I have to believe that the pilots would have kept much better logs than this. It seems to have been written by a fixer or someone not versed in actual flight logs. As far as the manifests go the document says everything was transcribed from the written log books, but it's all suspect if they didn't bother to copy the entire book verbatim. It's truncated, and that will be what a defense lawyer looks at to have this document summarily thrown out.
