She was recommending hundreds of girls go on "puberty blockers" blindly trusting the "safe and effective" narrative and nothing broke through her foolishness until she saw the science that said "they all go on to train out if they start on blockers". She thought it was just pushing a pause button. Homicidal incuriosity and reckless malpractice, is what it is.

I've had ideologues argue that the near guarantee of proceeding to cross sex hormones after puberty blockers just showed how efficient the screening process was. As if they're gatekeeping this nonsense at all! More like corralling.
