Just in case the child (supposedly) desides to change their mind about what their gender is after birth, because the insane parent (the other parent didn't have a say) surely didn't coach their child to think in such a way.

    Not exactly, the current wokeness is that sex is a "spectrum", because some people are born intersex. And there is supposedly a way to "transition" into a non-binary sex as well, so they must believe there's more than just the 2 that are "assigned".
