You can turn it inside out if you want (it will cause tears in it) for cleaning

Or not turn it inside out and clean it

If you want then antibacterial soap rather than regular dish soap

Get any lube doesn't matter

Lube it up

oh actually the "gel" lube is probably the better option, rather than the liquid one. But just get the cheapest one. Dont buy expensive one. Lube is lube homie
