The side boosters themselves land instead of just falling to earth. That is so cool! Plus they are reusable and simply need to be inspected and refilled, saving tens of millions on each launch.

Yeah I may disagree with a lot of the funding coming from IN-Q-TEL (The CIA's venture capital investment fund) but it's undeniable the guy has the tenacity, understanding, and organizational skills to be able to accomplish something like this. (along with the teams and teams of people he employs)

Yes, money from Catholics In Action but still genius except for PayPal that I've always hated and has some of my money. Maybe you read the book about his early days of rocketry. They tested the engines in Texas and it scared the cattle so bad they put the calves in a group and ran in circles around them.
