most quantum computers can do that - notice they mention speed but not completion of a task. the equivalence of memory in quantum computers lasts only a fraction of a second and mush of the research is attempting to increase that

they do functions which classic computers cannot do except with exhaustive calculations. you still need a classical computer to do all the rest - so the quantum unit is only part of a computer - a mere functional block

the problem is finding uses for those functions in real world problems
