They list 3 or 4 recent weaponizings of AI that are already in full swing, and have been for 20 years, then throw a Wall-E reference in there to lighten the mood and make you think...those must be far off. That trick, even, was probably crafted by AI, even though some psychology tool could have came up with it, because public manipulating bureaucrats have already became hopelessly dependent on AI for the smallest of public manipulation tricks.
