If the car can be charged with either 110 electricity or 220 then you can use a small gas engine connected to a car alternator which would be connected to either a 110 or 220 inverter and you could charge it that way. You could technically put a small trailer behind the car a small utility trailer to hold the generator.
The following video shows how to hook up a small gas engine with an alternator of course you can make variations to suit your taste and needs.
You would need a really big inverter to produce enough amps I think to be able to charge that car.
