Even if one of these videos ignited a mass 'right-to-repair' uprising, it'll just inspire .gov to lock down computers the way they have automotive systems, by making "Tampering with FCC-regulated equipment" ILLEGAL.

Average users do not care what the big companies do, as long as this year's version is thinner, shinier, and perhaps more expensive.
