Manufactures want any excuse to put spy devices in your cars. Siri, Hey Google, and all that useless shit.
Yet, OnStart was spying on people, even who didn't have service and didn't want service, since like 2015.
Profiting by selling cars at 20x inflated prices must be hard. Stealing people's personal info and selling it is cheap, easy, and our useless government does nothing to protect us from it because they are the biggest customers for the spy data, which they aren't legally permitted to collect, and buying it from others is just cheating the law.
