It's a fallacy to call cloud seeding "weather control". I can control the wind with my fan, is that weather control?

Let's be realistic about what it is.

Even the article says that the technology it is talking about is fictional.

Weather control is understood by all to be something completely different than what is currently possible. That is why propagandists use that term when they are trying to sell thier bullshit. It is an intentional misdirection.
