They've been suing companies left and right for ending their name in "book". Now they take someone else's name verbatim but good luck suing them: they have more money. That's how justice works under capitalism.
(Yes, it remains to be seen what happens, but the best case scenario is a settlement that doesn't mean anything to Zuckerberg. Obviously they aren't going to change their name.)
