They try very hard here to make everything globalist approved, they fail miserably, they admit they failed, they admit they didn't try, they admit it was just a PR stunt, but no one gives a shit and still plays along.

These NSW digital licenses are also optional. So the people using them are the same sort of people that suck their phone dicks and love being tracked and the like. The same people who use apps to pay stuff via their phone. My favourite thing about lithium is how it will explode from the slightest damage.
