For anyone who, like myself, is wondering what a Proxomitron is, it's a filter used to modify HTTP and other requests before it hits your browser. Can be used for ad blocking and a lot of other things. More info here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxomitron

I remember installing this thing back in like 2003 or 2004. Its basic approach still works in 2022?
