What I wonder is, were they not "able" to sue them before? They previously had immunity from being sued? That part is weird to me

Wow. Anyone who has a child right now is old enough to be fully aware of social media and its effects. It's on you if you let your kid get lost in all that.

I'm with them on this one. Social media is a poison to youth. Hell, few adults can handle it. In 50 years we will look at this as being on par with smoking.
