Microsoft was way ahead of ViritualBox hence my post I don't think you read based on your linear reply:
I use PCEM for most purposes but it's slower to install OS's. Microsoft Virtual PC actually had a 3D acceleration where you could play some 3D games which up too PCEMV17 was only a dream among emulation!. PCEM V17 can emulate VOODOO 2 AND 3.
Windows 2000 on Virtual PC allowed you to play games like New Adventures of the Time Machine a bit glitchy with controlling but it was doable especially with Sci Tech Display Doctor installed and XP was plenty doable. Virtual Box cannot do 3D driving games FOR EXAMPLE;
Microsoft Viritual PC had the ability to send files back and forth WITHOUT Guest Additions being installed! Microsoft was WAY ahead of Virtual Box!
