Linux should run on almost any Dell, HP, Lenovo, or other Linux-compatible computer.

This is the most important sentence to get out of this article. While linux is a decent solution, it doesn't have market wide support.

There is so much that doesn't work out of the gate on linux. Drivers come woefully late and behind windows. Many games won't work.

Everything is designed to work with the devil's corporation and it sucks.
