On the one hand this is being done because racists in the government don't want to prosecute criminals of their own race, which is bad. On the other hand this technology would eventually be used to further control the population, clamp down on political dissidents, and protect the 1%. Which makes stopping this good. On the other hand, this technology will still probably be used in secret for that exact purpose. Which is bad. On the other hand, if they have to keep it a secret that still provides some protection for the political dissidents. Which is good. On the other hand if the system were to be implemented it would create the possibility for it to be captured by patirots at some point and used to prosecute the 1% criminals who otherwise always get away with murder. Which makes stopping this bad. On the other hand, such a possibility is low; while the probability is that the system would cost 10x more than rational because of all the kick backs and loose government spending. Which makes this a good thing for tax payers.
