Yes facebook tracks you all across the web. Clear them cookies as an easy first step. Past that there's device fingerprinting, ip address, etc.

hello d3rr... i think that you misunderstood my question..
i am not interested in what facebook can track... but instead can a website, such as saidit, can you somehow figure out what is my facebook account when i access the saidit.net website?

No, at best we could detect that you have a facebook cookie and are probably logged in. But cookies have gotten more secure in the last 5 years so it's probably a nope all around.
