Isn't it safe to say anything by FANG (facebook, amazon, netflix, google (we can probably skip netflix tho SJW's would have a problem with FAG)) is always listening and they would bundle the data to send during "downtime" trends?

Yeah, if you care about privacy you shouldn't have any "smart" listening device in your home.
