You mean more dehumanization, more steps away from seeing anyone, more steps away from simply being able to demonstrate an earnest ability and need. More steps toward a fully automated dystopia where automated systems scan resume keywords and dismiss 90% of the people who now can't get experience for want of experience.
Fuck HR departments. Fuck shitty HR keyword sorting. And fuck anyone who thinks this is a good thing.

HR is basically superfluous. Money spent for nothing even remotely useful. Big companies just don't realize it.
I will never post my personal data into any big companies shitty SAP-frontend because software is lightyears away from reading between the lines.
They can only enslave people that agree to those shitty tactics. I mean those people that also wear ties or a business dress to simulate applying for a job they don't want.
It is a waste of energy on both sides because only people who believe they are a resource can be forced to behave as such.
