India implemented something like this, it is becoming a hotspot for these kinds of authoritarian tech policies outside of China. If a policy like this comes, we won't be allowed to participate in any public space in the absence of valid markings on an immunity passport. So, forget about school or starting a business or traveling anywhere at least. It isn't going to be as simple as respectfully declining from the looks of it
