remove all google related apps and sub apps, with yalp you can update your 'normal apps'
ignore app that whine about google-play-services, they still work fine.
Your own mail adres/domain/site is about 5-6 euro's a month (that's with site hosting, without it's about 3-5 euro (only mail)) + yearly domain expenses. So for one pack of smokes a month you can avoid twice the cancer: 1 less pack of smokes and 1 domain + about 5 mail adresses and a site.
hooktube instead of youtube. youtube-dl (python package) to directly download/stream youtube vid into your own media player. (also works for other video sites, has a BIG api on what to do with playlists etc.)
Oh and don't use chrome/chromium, firefox and palemoon are nice too.
