Elon Musk wasn't referring to marijuana with the $420 stock valuation comment. His true intention was to honor Hitler's birthday, which is April 20th.

Musk is not a fan of Hitler; per say.

It's an acknowledgement of the fact that if Hitler hadn't started WWII then the US give wouldn't have invested in research that resulted in the discovery of antibiotics.

The discovery of cheap and effective antibiotics, has saved millions of lives worldwide.
