Yes, perhaps Restream.io is not the best example. And if there are tools out there that might allow one to upload a single video then that video gets reshared to all your various platforms and social networks with video, I'd be very interested to know about it and promote it. A one-click-to-all-platforms uploader of sorts.

IMO, everyone should have a server just as everyone has a fridge or water heater. All of the contents are in their control and not controlled by the dream of the cloud. The war is for our minds and obedience while being exploited. They don't care what's in your fridge or water heater.

That's why they're pushing lame web browsers on us. Our desktop computers are smaller than ever and most people just have a phone with minimal storage. Our home systems should be growing, not shrinking.

Maybe having a general site about general things in a world of other general sites is a little too general to get noticed. Perhaps you might consider being more specific somehow.

Rather than licencing out, IMO, you might consider developing decentralized FLOSS that includes a solid rewards system. That rewards system needs to support the servers/hosts/maintenance, the content creators, the curation and social aspect, and of course the cryptomining. With your project decentralized you are less burdened and safer and the system is more robust and free - and assuming you don't rig the thing too much (ie. scam) then your rewards should be sustainable (though the entire status quo is rigged to favour the "free" cloud for their control).
