The nozzle failure happens at 2:10.
Strangely enough the NGIS engineers described this as a 'successful test' and called the disintegration of the nozzle just an 'issue'. This solid rocket motor will be the first stage of NGIS' Omega rocket, and is related to the Space Shuttle's and SLS's solid rocket boosters.
