Putin did not doom anything, the U.S. Government is behind all of this from the CIA backed overthrow of Ukraine's pro Russian president in 2014 to the US Congress arming of their far right extremist paramilitary groups ever since.

Brexit was part of that effort to destabilize Europe too. David Cameron and Tony Blair were working for U.S. interests the entire time. Blair set the stage by flooding Britain with 3rd world immigrants while mainstream media allowed the British people to believe that was all the EU's fault. Then Cameron lit the blue touchpaper by offering the Brits the chance to break with the EU.
