I imagine that the first commercial verison will look like a bicycle helmet. This is not something that most people will want. It'l be very pricey and requires a connection either to the brain, which is how the current verison works. or electrodes attached to the scalp. All this just to focus on a single speaker in a crowded room is a bit too much.
