Soon there won't be anyone left to operate complex machinery like airliners or trains. There's a nuclear power plant on the east coast that is not able to open because they can't find people skilled enough to run it. The West is rapidly becoming Brazil and it's all because of lowering standards for people with a functional IQ of 80.

IQ has been on the decline for decades, correlating with demographic change. At best this is a faster than normal decline.

Self selection bias. This bias will change over time because of social influences like how well known the study is, how interested in IQ people are, who is aware of the test.

We're using more and more AI and it's hurting us. A good example is Audible over actual reading. I have had arguments with people that they're both reading and that's just not the case. One is passive and the other active.

Unfortunately, the smart kids have to sit in the same classrooms as the dumb ones. We have to dumb everything down to the least intelligent students, because God forbid someone get's their feelings hurt when they constantly do worse than the rest of the kids in the classroom.

Dumbing everyone down is just part of what will ultimately make them 100% unable to take care of themselves as adults, and 100% make them rely on the government for all of their needs. They'll become slaves at that point, doing whatever menial task they are told, just so they can survive.

Will? Have you ever visited the resource centers of universities? People can’t write coherent paragraphs and need help with basic algebra.

I’m on another forum with a guy who teaches law students. His goal for these future lawyers is to get them to read and understand the Trolley Problem. The answers he gets from college graduates are things like lol 5>1 or “I don’t want to kill people”.
