I find this story hard to believe, considering she's a flight attendant. I've heard of this happening, but the mother is always obese.

I've heard it happen to a skinny person before. Pregnant women don't actually need to get that big, it's mostly fluid not baby (and over eating). Likely as a flight attendant she's quite tall so has more space in her torso than the average woman.

Yeah my exes sister was really skinny and went to the hospital with pains and had a kid like really fast right after she got there. Really fucking weird, and the baby wasn't small to the point it was premature. Nobody knew she was pregnant. Obviously she didn't either.
