If you don't think it is already happening you are naive. The technology is simply only available to the wealthy. With it they will secure thier permanent domination over the fools who are afraid of, disgusted by, or manipulated into rejecting technology.

We should be fighting for our lives to have access to genetic modification, because without it we will all be left in the dust. Our children, if we are allowed to have them, will be cattle for the enhanced humans.
